Debra Brosan

MA, OD, PCC

Debra is an organization development consultant and executive coach. She consults and coaches on organizational effectiveness to family owned businesses, Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and faith-based institutions. Prior to her current work, Debra spent 15 years leading her family business, Alfa Packing Corporation, including five years as president. Her style of balancing a strategic focus with how people effectively work has yielded much success for her clients.  

Some of Debra's expertise includes leadership development, mergers, communication skills, team building, organizational structuring and restructuring. For over 25 years Debra has assisted clients in strategy formation, strategic planning and helping actualize those plans.

Debra graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and continued taking graduate business courses. Debra earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute. Debra has post graduate training in Gestalt theory and practice, Gestalt Interactive Group Process and a certificate from the Organization Development Practioners Program. Debra is an adjunct faculty member of Saint Joseph's University, the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia and the Gestalt International Study Center.

Mark Magerman

PhD, LCSW, BCD

Mark is a licensed and board-certified clinical social worker. He has more than 35 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations as an executive coach, consultant and psychotherapist. He has worked with small and family-owned businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies and spent 10 years as an executive and clinical director for a managed behavioral health care organization. He has provided coaching, consultation, and training throughout North America and abroad.

For much of his life, Mark has explored a wide range of humanistic practices. His focus is in executive leadership development,  group process, creativity, intimate and relational systems, personal growth, the use of contemplative practice, and individual, team, and organizational performance.

Mark earned a B.A. in Human Services and an M.ED. in Education and Psychology from Antioch College. He received an M.S.S. in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Behavior from International University for Graduate Studies. He has postgraduate training in a variety of theoretical orientations, including Gestalt Therapy, Psychodrama, Transactional Analysis, Family Therapy, Interactive Group Process, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming , Clinical Hypnosis, NTL, and the OD Practitioners Program. Mark is a faculty member of St. Joseph's University, Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia, and the Gestalt International Study Center. He maintains a professional practice in New Hope and Newtown, PA.

Michele S. Levin, MS OD

Michele is an organization development consultant specializing in non-profit, for-profit and faith-based organizations. For the past 10 years Michele has been working with organizations to move them forward through strategic planning and board development. Other expertise include facilitation, team building, envisioning and succession planning.  Prior to her current work, Michele spent 12 years in the retail fashion industry working both in management and as a buyer

Michele has also spent significant time volunteering and supporting non-profit organizations, locally in Philadelphia, nationally and internationally.  She has held a multitude of board positions in a variety of organizations, with responsibility for hiring, fundraising, board development, RFP and grant processes and the financial well-being of the institutions. 

This unique combination of experience in both the for-profit and non-profit world gives Michele a distinctive understanding of the volunteer-professional relationship and the overall functioning of organizations.

Michele graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics.  She earned her Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. She has a certificate in Facilitating Strategic Planning and is working towards her executive coach certification.
