About Debra Brosan, MA, OD, ICF Certified Coach Some of Debra's expertise includes communication skills, team building, succession, mergers, organizational infrastructure and restructure. She is also well versed in envisioning, strategy, and helping her clients actualize their needs and desires for success. Debra graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and continued taking graduate business courses. Debra earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute. Debra has post graduate training in Gestalt theory and practice, Gestalt Interactive Group Process and a certificate from the Organization Development Practioners Program. Debra is an adjunct faculty member of Saint Joseph's University, the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia and the Gestalt International Study Center.
Mark Magerman, PhD, LCSW, BCD For much of his life, Mark has explored a wide range of humanistic practices. He is interested in group process; creativity; intimate relational systems; personal growth; the use of contemplative practice; and individual, team, and organizational performance. Mark earned a B.A. in Human Services and an M.ED. in Education and Psychology from Antioch College. He received an M.S.S. in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Behavior from International University for Graduate Studies. He has postgraduate training in a variety of theoretical orientations, including Gestalt Therapy, Psychodrama, Transactional Analysis, Family Therapy, Interactive Group Process, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming , Clinical Hypnosis, NTL, and the OD Practitioners Program. Mark is a faculty member of the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia and a member of the Next Generation of the Gestalt International Study Center. He maintains a professional practice in New Hope and Newtown, PA.
